How to Make Pumpkin Peanut Butter Brownies

These brownies are SUPER easy to make! All you need is a box of brownie mix, a package of peanut butter cookie mix, and a few other simple ingredients! I topped my brownies with Heath Candy Bar pieces and Reese’s Pieces, but you can always leave out one or both of these.

Here are a few common Brownie Questions that get asked a lot!

Why are my brownies not fudgy?

Sometimes your brownies may not turn out fudgy because there is too much flour or dry ingredients. Try drizzling some chocolate syrup on your brownies before you bake them or add some extra oil or pumpkin to get a more fudgy texture.

How do you know when Fudge Brownies are done?

I like my fudge brownies to be soft and not hard, so I tend to bake them about 3-5 minutes less than what the time calls for. Sometimes I will go ahead and pull my brownies out of the oven before they are totally done and then let them finish baking in the pan on the stove.

How Long Can You Keep Homemade Brownies?

Homemade Brownies can keep for about 3 to 4 days. To help them last longer, wrap them in plastic wrap or keep them in an air tight container so that they stay fresh longer. You can even store your brownies in the fridge if you want to, but it’s not necessary.

Can You freeze Pumpkin Peanut Butter Brownies?

Yes, You can freeze Pumpkin Peanut Butter Brownies. Freeze them in an airtight container and make sure they are wrapped up well for them not to dry out. Once you take them out of the freezer let them come to room temperature on their own. If needed you could put the brownies in the microwave for 15 seconds.

How Do I Make Pumpkin Peanut Butter Brownies

For these Pumpkin Peanut Butter Brownies you are going to substitute 100% pure pumpkin for the eggs in the brownie recipe. For every 2 eggs use 1/2 cup of pumpkin. You could do the same for the peanut butter cookie mix or you could just leave it as-is. Prepare your brownie mix and then your peanut butter mix. Once you put these together according to the directions top with Reese’s Pieces and Heath Candy Topping!

Pumpkin Peanut Butter Brownies Ingredients:

1 Box Brownie Mix

Pumpkin Peanut Butter Brownies Directions:

Add brownie batter to the pan and spread evenly.
