Iwai is the gentleman who sells you guns in the back alley of Central Street (Shibuya). He’s a kind dude, although a bit reserved. You’ll need Guts Rank 4 to even pursue him as a confidant (which takes quite a bit of time). Afterwards, you’ll be able to purchase customized guns from him.Here are his confidant answers:
Rank 1:5/6, Requires Guts Rank 4, Unlocks Starter Customization
Just talk to him in his shop once you reach the requirements. If you’re on New Game+, you must wait until after he hands you the paper bag.

After the second time you speak you’ll unlock a request from Iwai. Complete it then return for two more exchages.

Tae is a doctor that runs a clinic in a back alley near Cafe Leblanc. She sells you medicine off the books but is willing to increase her inventory if you submit to some clinical trials. She’s also a romance option in Persona 5.Here are her confidant answers:
Rank 1:4/18, Unlocks Rejuvenation
Just head to her clinic and partake in her trial to kick things off.
Rank 2:Requires Guts Rank 2

After a few more exchanges the “Bad Medicine” request will be available. complete it to get another set of interactions to achieve Rank 8.

Rank 9:Romance Opportunity, Unlocks Inokashira Park
Answer 1 – “It was rough.”
Answer 3 for Friendship – “It was for my exams.”
Answer 3 for Romance – “I wanted to see you.”
Answer 4 – “I love you” (to keep it as romance), “What do you think?” (to revert to friendship)
Answer 5 – “It isn’t a joke” (to seal the romance), “That sounds good” (to solidify friendship).

Sadayo Kawakami is actually your homeroom teacher. Though she doesn’t seem to like you at first, she warms up to you after you discover her secret second job. Her abilities are great for multitasking, making Persona 5’s time management much easier.Here are her confidant answers:

You’ll need to first join Mishima and Ryuji as the investigate a mysterious maid service. After discovering that the maid is Sadayo, talk to her in front of the faculty office to receive her phone number for her services.
Rank 2:Requires Guts Rank 3

Rank 3:Unlocks Housekeeping
Answer 1 – “Yeah, they do” or “Do some real cooking”
Answer 3 – “I’ll request you more often.”
Rank 4:
Answer 2 – “How rude.”
Answer 3 – “You need to love yourself.”
Rank 5:Unlocks Free Time
- “It’s fun” or “Who’s the Master here?”
- “How terrible…” or “So, did you stop?”
Rank 6:
- “Want to rest a bit?”
- “Are you alright?” or “You should go home.”
Rank 7:Unlocks Super Housekeeping
- “Don’t pay them.”
- “Think this through more.”
Rank 8:Unlocks “A Teacher Maid to Suffer”
- “Is this really what you want?”
- “If that’s what you decided.”
After a few more questions you’ll obtain Rank 8. Sadayo will call you to her office during lunch and no matter what you say you’ll receive the “A Teacher Maid to Suffer” request. Youmust complete it to start Rank 9.
Rank 9:Requires completion of Sadayo’s request, Romance Opportunity

Answer 3 for Friendship – “Not really.”
Answer 3 for Romance – “I want to keep seeing you.”
The next couple of questions only appear if you choose romance. You must choose the romance options if you want to lock it in.
Answer 4 – “Got it” (for friendship) or “I mean what I say.” (for romance)
Answer 5 – “I’m a master; you’re a maid” (for friendship) or “I’m a man; you’re a woman” (for romance).
